Given how few people I met along the way, The Quiet Path seemed like an appropriate name for this collection. The mist and rain kept everyone away from the park for the entire day, giving me plenty of time to wander around it in absolute peace and quiet. It was really quite special by the end, even if the start felt incredibly forced due to the bad weather. But no rain has ever defeated a Scotsman, and I don’t intend to be the first for whom it did.
